1. Return Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7–15 days from delivery depending on country policies.

2. Product Condition

Returned products must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all tags and accessories

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety:

  • Lingerie & underwear

  • Sleepwear

  • Swimwear

  • Socks

  • Personal accessories (unless defective)

4. Return Reasons Accepted

  • Wrong size received

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Product not matching order description

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued as:

  • Wallet balance inside your Shahrazad.com account
    (or original payment method if legally required)

Shipping fees are refundable only when the item is defective or wrongly delivered.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Paid by customer unless the return is due to our error.
